1. What makes Legendary Loops, different from other computer companies?

Every system we offer is pre-designed by experts and built to order — not pulled from a warehouse shelf. Unlike mass-produced machines, our Signature Builds are crafted with high-quality components, performance balance, and custom aesthetics in mind. Each one is fully customizable to fit your exact needs, so you get a PC that’s powerful, personal, and truly legendary.

2. How does the build process work after I place an order?

Once your order is received, we review any requested customizations and begin assembling your system by hand. Each build goes through a full stress test and performance check before shipping. You’ll receive updates along the way — and your PC will be delivered safely, ready to power on and perform.

Warranty & Support

1. What kind of warranty and support do you offer?

All Legendary Loops systems include a 1-year limited warranty covering hardware defects and workmanship. If anything goes wrong, we’ll troubleshoot with you and arrange repair or replacement when eligible. We also offer lifetime support for general questions, upgrades, and system care — we're here for the long haul.

Please note: our warranty does not cover issues caused by physical damage, software-related problems, or user-installed modifications that lead to failure.

2. Why if I need help after my PC is delivered?

We're just an email away. Whether you’re troubleshooting an issue, planning an upgrade, or just have questions about getting the most from your system — we offer ongoing support for every customer. You can reach out anytime, and we’ll guide you through next steps, remote diagnostics, or repair options if needed.

3. What if I run into issues setting up my new PC?

We’ve got your back. If you need help during setup — whether it’s connecting peripherals, updating drivers, or getting software installed — just reach out. We offer personalized post-delivery support to make sure your system is running exactly how it should, right out of the box.

Payments

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also use PayPal or express checkout options like Shop Pay.

While we don’t currently offer Buy Now, Pay Later options, we plan to add flexible financing in the near future.

2. Is my payment information secure?

Yes — all transactions on our website are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store any payment details on our servers. Shopify’s checkout system meets PCI compliance standards to ensure your information stays protected.

Logistics

1. How long will it take to receive my PC?

Build and delivery times vary depending on the tier and any customizations. Most orders ship within 7–10 business days, and you’ll receive tracking as soon as it’s on the way. Legend Unknown orders are fully custom and will include a personalized timeline after consultation.

2. Do you ship internationally?

No — we ship only within the United States, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping. Please note that shipments to Hawaii and Puerto Rico may incur additional shipping costs.
