1. Keep It Clean (Outside & In)
- Dust the exterior regularly with a microfiber cloth.
- Every 1-2 months, use compressed air to clean out dust from vents and fans, especially around the front and rear of the case.
- Do not use liquid cleaners or blow air directly at full blast into small components.
2. Maintain Airflow
- Make sure your PC is placed in a well-ventilated area, Don’t block vents or place the PC directly against walls or inside tight cabinets.
- Keep the room well-ventilated and avoid placing the system near heaters, windows, or direct sunlight.
- Avoid running the system on carpet or soft surfaces that block airflow from the bottom vents.
3. Software & Updates
- Restart your PC regularly (at least once a week).
- Let Windows apply updates to stay secure and compatible with new games and apps.
- Update your graphics drivers through NVIDIA GeForce Experience or AMD Adrenalin Software (we’ll pre-install it for you)
4. Use a Surge Protector
- Always plug your PC into a quality surge protector or battery backup (UPS) to protect it from power fluctuations.
5. Transport With Care
- If moving your PC, lay it flat or cushion it well. Don’t move it while it’s on.
- Handle with both hands. Especially when placing it on a desk or floor.
6. Reach Out If You Need Help
- Your PC is great for casual gaming, schoolwork, and multitasking — but it’s not meant for heavy rendering or ultra settings in demanding titles.
- Avoid overloading it with too many background apps or browser tabs during gaming sessions.
